Mendable Email Setup Instructions

Option 1: Recommended Method for Apple Devices (iPhone, iPad, macOS)

Step 1: Login to Webmail

Go to
www.mendable.app/webmail
Enter your Mendable email address and password

Step 2: Open the welcome email in your inbox

At the top of the message you will see three attachments

The first attachment is for iPhone

The second and third are for macOS and other Apple devices

Step 3: Tap the attachment on your Apple device

This will install the profile into your iPhone but it will still need to be setup appropriately. 

You must then manually go to
Settings

There you will see the downloaded profile waiting to be installed

Tap on the profile and follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation

This method automatically configures your email with the correct server settings

Option 2: Manual Setup for iPhone, Android, or Desktop Mail Apps

Incoming Mail Server (IMAP)

  • Server: topro1.fcomet.com
  • Port with SSL: 993

Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)

  • Server: topro1.fcomet.com
  • Port with SSL: 465

Login Information

  • Username: your full Mendable email address (example: yourname@mendable.app)
  • Password: your Mendable email password

Setup for Android

  • Use the Gmail app or Outlook app
  • Add a new account and choose Other
  • Enter your email address and select Manual Setup
  • Use the IMAP and SMTP settings shown above

Setup for Desktop

  • Use Apple Mail, Outlook, Thunderbird, or another email app
  • Enter the IMAP and SMTP settings shown above
